Shira is a skilled estate planning attorney who focuses on comprehensive estate and trust planning, estate administration, and tax planning strategies. She provides dedicated support to executors, trustees, and beneficiaries, navigating complex legal issues that may arise during probate. Admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York, Shira is a graduate of New York University and Cardozo School of Law.

Before joining Uniglicht, Bloom, Frackt & Kleinman, Shira served as a trial attorney for the City of New York at the Administration for Children’s Services, where she prosecuted child abuse and neglect cases. This role required a thoughtful balance between safeguarding children’s rights to a secure environment and respecting parental rights.

During law school, Shira gained valuable experience at several nonprofit organizations supporting domestic violence survivors. She was also actively involved with the Cardozo Journal for Conflict Resolution and Cardozo Advocates for Battered Women. A native of Ocean County, New Jersey, Shira now resides in Monmouth County, bringing her commitment and compassion to each client’s unique needs in estate and trust law.
