Ian S. Bloom is a founding partner of UBFK Law Group, focusing his practice on real estate law, with additional expertise in criminal defense and municipal court matters. Ian has been admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey since 2012 and holds a law degree from Albany Law School.
Throughout his career, Ian has developed a robust understanding of New Jersey real estate law, including zoning, land use, property transactions, and real estate disputes. His experience serving as a member of the Howell Zoning Board provided him with deep insight into zoning regulations, permitting, and municipal procedures—an advantage that helps him navigate clients through complex real estate challenges.
