Kevin L. Uniglicht is a founding Partner of Uniglicht, Bloom, Frackt & Kleinman LLP. Kevin focuses his practice on residential real estate, commercial transactions, business formation, and land use. He uses his skills to assist clients in negotiating favorable contracts, resolutions, and closings.
Kevin also regularly assists medical and non-medical professional clients that are interested in successfully opening and managing medical aesthetics facilities (Medi Spas). Kevin is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Washington D.C. Kevin attended law school at the Syracuse University College of Law, where he founded the National Security and Counter Terrorism Association and held the position of Associate Editor for the Syracuse Digest. Upon completion of law school, Kevin served as Judicial Law Clerk and Trained Civil Mediator for the Honorable Ira E. Kreizman of the Monmouth County, New Jersey Superior Court.
Prior to entering the private sector, Kevin was sworn in as a Deputy Attorney General with the State of New Jersey. As a Deputy, Kevin represented the Citizens of New Jersey against individuals and companies who caused environmental damage and other grave concerns to our State. After serving as a Deputy Attorney General, Kevin expanded his legal prowess by entering the private sector and focusing on real estate, land use and medical provider law. In 2016, Kevin successfully campaigned and was elected to the Manalapan Township Committee to serve a three-year term from 2016 to 2019.
Throughout his career, Kevin has developed skills which have allowed him to provide quality legal representation that his clients expect and deserve.
