Joshua M. Kleinman is a dedicated attorney who brings a wealth of experience across multiple areas of law. He earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law, where his commitment to service was recognized with the prestigious Eric R. Neisser Pro Bono Service Program Award for his impactful work with the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office in Newark. Joshua graduated cum laude from Fairleigh Dickinson University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.
Licensed to practice law in New Jersey, New York, and both states’ federal district courts, Joshua has extensive experience handling cases in personal injury, landlord / tenant, medical malpractice, dental malpractice, criminal defense, bankruptcy, real estate closings, wills, and municipal/traffic matters. His career includes roles at notable firms such as Rabb Hamill, P.A. in Woodbridge, Jacoby & Myers in Newark, the NJ State Attorney General’s Office, The Law Office of Neal M. Unger in East Brunswick, and The Law Office of Stephen Pascarella in Red Bank.
